The ideal candidate is creative, has a supportive presence, and can balance schedules with multiple residents. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CNA training or the ability to complete it provided by the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA program required or provided by the community.
