• Assist with feeding, transferring, and mobility.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activity programs.
• Observe resident mood, behavior, and participation, reporting findings.
• Develop and maintain activity care plans and assessments.
• Interview residents or families to obtain activity information.
• Collaborate with other services to create a comprehensive care plan.
• Visit residents to engage with them and support communication.
• Ensure residents participate in scheduled activities to promote well-being.
• Support facility surveys and comply with regulatory requirements.
