Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Luzerne County, PA, is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic surgeon to join the Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute at the Wyoming Valley Medical Center. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive clinical services, including minimally invasive surgeries, across multiple sites, including Danville and Wilkes-Barre. The ideal applicant will possess broad Cardiothoracic experience and care for a diverse patient population within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Pennsylvania is required.
• Broad Cardiothoracic training and experience.
• Interest in minimally invasive, robotic, aortic, or mechanical circulatory support is desired.

Responsibilities

• Join the Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute and provide clinical services.
• Assist with coverage at multiple sites as needed.
• Provide patient care and perform a full breadth of Adult Cardiothoracic surgery.
