Job summary

Qualifications

• Board certification in cardiology is required or anticipated.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure).
• Credentialed by South Shore Health medical staff and adheres to SSH bylaws.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and treat disorders of the circulatory system in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with physicians and surgeons to manage cardiovascular care.
• Provide supervision and guidance to patients and families regarding diagnoses and prognosis.
• Maintain documentation standards and engage in continuing medical education.
