Main Line Health is seeking a full-time Faculty Cardiac Surgeon for the Lankenau Heart Institute, known for its advanced coronary revascularization program. The incumbent will work alongside a team of cardiac surgeons, focusing primarily on heart failure and complex coronary revascularization techniques. Qualifications

• Completed an approved fellowship and board certification.
• Early/mid-career surgeons with interest in CABG and VAD surgery encouraged.
• Experience in Robotic CABG and MID-CABG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cardiac surgical and cardiology teams.
• Maintain and grow the cardiac surgical program.
• Coverage of cardiac surgery service.

Skills

Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team

Verbal and written communication skills

Experience in on-pump and off-pump CABG

Leadership skills

Experience with EMR

Education

Fellowship program certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery

Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
