Job summary

The role involves precepting staff, supporting accreditation efforts, and ensuring high-quality imaging across multiple sites.

Candidates should have an Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, current RDCS or RCS credentials, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Diagnostic Medical Sonographer preferred.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and RDCS required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Cardiac Sonographer II responsibilities independently.
• Independently perform all echocardiography cases with high acuity.
• Troubleshoot Epic/PACS issues.
• Precept junior staff and students; lead when necessary.
• Collect data for accreditation committees (IAC) and quality assurance.
