Job summary

You will review and train junior staff, provide preliminary reports, collaborate with cardiology, and support research activities while upholding patient confidentiality and high-quality imaging standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cardiac/vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and data.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, train, and coach junior Sonographers in all processes and procedures.
• Evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic and research information to physicians.
• Perform diagnostic cardiac and vascular ultrasound exams per guidelines.
• Conduct high-quality echocardiographic exams and assist cardiology staff in diagnoses.
• Provide preliminary reports for physicians.
• Ensure optimal patient service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with research data collection and participation in studies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
