Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Capture Manager 3 . The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman's functional organizations leadership team, internal marketing or government relations teams and other industry and government partners. In this role the ideal candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new opportunities, re-compete contracts, or task order business. Capture leads play a critical role in the organization by growing and leading teams that develop and execute capture plans including architecting the technical and business strategy; leading competitive assessments and prices-to-win; conduct gap assessments and define potential supplier or teaming approach; and lead bid and proposal activities.

Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 - $289,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
