Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/business or related field.

• Strong knowledge of DFAST/CCAR, Basel III frameworks.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced modeling, scenario analysis and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bank's stress testing program and coordinate data/inputs from multiple departments.
• Design scenarios informed by idiosyncratic risks and review forecast results.
• Prepare regulatory stress reports and final capital plan documents for senior management.
• Ensure data governance, quality controls and regulatory compliance across the cycle.
• Manage examination requests, resources, risks, and required deliverables.
• Oversee talent management activities: evaluations, training and succession planning.
