CFS in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Manager of Capital Markets to lead and execute securitizations, warehouse financings, and other capital markets transactions. Based in the Greater Orlando area, you will coordinate with treasury, FP&A, lenders, and rating agencies to support funding strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Strong background in capital markets, securitizations, ABS, or related financing.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; knowledge of Power BI and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead securitizations, warehouse facility financings, and other capital markets transactions with internal and external partners.
Build and maintain cash flow models, portfolio forecasts, and funding scenario analyses to evaluate financing structures and cost of capital.
Analyze portfolio performance trends, including delinquencies, defaults, and prepayments, while overseeing investor reporting requirements.
Partner with Treasury and FP&A to assess liquidity needs, capital structure alternatives, and portfolio valuation.
Improve reporting and analytics capabilities through Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other financial tools while mentoring junior analysts.
