Jobot seeks a Senior Capital Markets Attorney in Washington, DC to lead private placements and capital-raising transactions. You will independently manage deals, advise on compliance and disclosures, and maintain strong relationships with clients and deal teams.

Requirements include licensing and good standing, and flexibility on jurisdictional bar. A portable book is welcome but not required; the role offers high-impact, entrepreneurial deal work within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with private placements and capital raising.
• Draft and negotiate PPMs, subscription documents, and investor materials.
• Structure private and, where applicable, public raises.
• Advise on securities compliance considerations and risk disclosures.
• Independently manage transactions, timelines and client relationships.
• Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills with a practical business mindset.
• Bar admission flexibility depending on office; license in good standing.
