The Senior Capital Management Analyst supports the Company's Capital Management function, which is responsible for developing and executing the Company's approach for raising the capital resources it needs to execute its go‑to‑market strategy while at the same time managing within its risk appetite. This role will provide analytical, operational, and project support for capital management and strategic initiatives; treaty compliance, administration, and analysis; and financial risk management. Success in this role will require strong research, analysis, and presentation (verbal and written) skills; program/project management skills; and the ability to work constructively with colleagues and external parties. This role leverages knowledge of the US life insurance industry including capital sources and solutions (including financial reinsurance, surplus notes, sidecars, debt financing, lines of credit); and applies knowledge of regulatory and accounting regimes (including US Statutory Accounting ("US Stat"), Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet ("EBS"), and IFRS 17 and US GAAP) to inform strategic decision‑making and optimize capital management.
