As a Senior Canvassing Manager with Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you will lead and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams responsible for generating high-quality leads through neighborhood canvassing efforts. You will drive team performance, coach and develop frontline leaders, support recruiting efforts, and help execute strategies that contribute directly to market growth and revenue goals. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams and managers.
• Drive lead generation performance and achievement of market goals.
