Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Sr Nursery Technician to oversee the vegetation cycle and plant health within the facility. You will train new employees, implement new processes, and use seed-to-sale software to record plant movements and related information.

You will care for plants in mom, clone, or veg rooms, performing transplanting, cloning, watering, trimming, and other maintenance tasks as needed. GMP and safety compliance are essential, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must be 21+ and approved to work in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Care for plants in vegetative state (mom, clone or veg rooms).
• Transplanting, cloning, watering, trimming, bottoming, topping, etc.
• Participate in all plant maintenance as needed.
• Report issues to management for timely fixes.
• Cross-train to Mom, Clone and Veg rooms.
• Record Biotrack inputs and plant movements.
