Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Blaine, WA is seeking a Campground Maintenance III. You will perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, light carpentry and appliance repair as part of a team to uphold high maintenance standards across the community. The role requires 2–3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. After-hours on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years of direct technical work in irrigation, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Willing to be on call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs and adjustments.
• Handle plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and other technical tasks as needed.
• Maintain amenity spaces, grounds, and irrigation systems.
• Communicate with management, attend daily staff meetings and coordinate with vendors.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks as required.
• Monitor inventory and perform other maintenance duties.
