Actalent is seeking a Calibration Technician (Level 2 Senior) for an onsite role in Concord, NC. You will perform complex calibrations, PMs, and loop checks on process, utility, manufacturing, and lab instruments to ensure readings meet specs and support regulated production of life science products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of calibration experience in manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and the ability to interpret P&IDs, with opportunities for growth into senior roles in a greenfield

Formación

• 2+ years calibration experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with loop checks for temp, pressure, humidity and pH.
• Hands-on with process equipment and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of GMPs and life science regulations.
• Ability to read P&IDs and related docs.
• Strong attention to detail in calibration reports.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled calibrations, qualifications and PMs on multiple instruments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and site policies in all documentation.
• Conduct loop checks and calibrations across measurement disciplines.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and perform basic repairs.
• Adhere to safety practices including lockout/tagout and electrical safety.
