Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Apopka, FL, is seeking a Calibration Technician 3 to calibrate, repair and maintain measuring and test equipment (M&T&E). You will perform precision measurements, document results, and assist in ensuring equipment readiness for internal customers and service providers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of calibration experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of calibration and repair experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Experience with metrology techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, repair, modify and maintain M&T&E and instrumentation.
• Record results and follow ISO requirements and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for external calibration support.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair on M&T&E.
• Use high-precision instruments (DMMs, oscilloscopes, generators, analyzers).
• Adapt procedures to achieve precise measurements and maintain records.
• Interface with internal customers and external vendors as needed.
