Teradyne is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer in San Jose to join our Memory Test division. You will design calibration and diagnostic software for advanced instrumentation and participate in cross‑functional projects with hardware, FPGA, systems, and manufacturing teams.

You will develop calibration algorithms, drive hardware characterization, analyze large data sets, mentor engineers, and influence the product roadmap through data‑driven recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of calibration methodologies, instrumentation, and measurement science.

• Strong knowledge of debugging methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Opportunity Overview

Our Memory Test division develops world‑class semiconductor memory test solutions and is seeking a Calibration and Diagnostics Engineer to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge Automated Test Equipment (ATE), developing calibration, characterization, and diagnostic software for advanced instrumentation and system technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor ATE experience.
• Experience with precision measurement systems and high‑speed digital instrumentation.
• Knowledge of Signal Integrity concepts including eye diagrams and TDR analysis.
• Experience with FPGA‑based measurement systems.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional technical initiatives.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $161,700 – 284,700. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
