Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer to support next-generation memory test systems through calibration, diagnostics, characterization, and software development initiatives. You will design and develop calibration software, craft algorithms, and drive data-driven optimization across hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Strong understanding of calibration methodologies and measurement science
• Experience analyzing complex hardware/software interactions
• Strong debugging and data analysis skills
• Ability to work closely with hardware development teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop calibration and diagnostic software architectures
• Develop advanced calibration algorithms for precision measurement systems
• Drive characterization strategies for new instrumentation and hardware platforms
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
• Investigate complex hardware and software interactions to determine root causes
• Collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, systems, manufacturing, and product engineering teams
• Develop scalable software frameworks supporting engineering and manufacturing operations
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on critical projects
• Drive software quality, automation, and development best practices
