Engine calibration engineers work with vehicles, software, and algorithms to design and release engine calibrations to meet customer designs and performance requirements. They support the lead calibrator and diagnostic strategist, as well as stakeholders including the members of the vehicle platform, engine hardware, manufacturing plant and quality team. Depending on the area of responsibility, a Calibrator may focus more heavily on engine controls, serial data, platform interface, or diagnostic calibration functionality.
