Job summary

Resorts World New York is seeking a Manager Cage to direct and supervise Cage personnel across all shifts, oversee cashiers, tills, poker and table fills, and ensure accurate, compliant transactions in line with Gaming Commission rules.

The role focuses on daily administration, budget development, and staff development, maintaining records, balances, and reports; requires prior casino cage experience, leadership ability, and a NY State Gaming Commission license.

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field or equivalent in work experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a gaming industry.
Five (5) years of experience in accounting/money management and/or guest service-related field with a minimum, of five (5) years in a supervisor/manager role in a high volume, complex resort casino environment.
Must be able to obtain and retain a New York State Gaming Commission License.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise Cage personnel across all shifts.
Oversee Cage department operations (cashiers, tills, transfers, markers, reports).
Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission laws and company controls.
Assist with daily administration, budgeting, and staff development.
Maintain records, reports, and accurate reconciliations of cash and transactions.
Recruit, coach, and evaluate department staff; ensure confidentiality.
Ensure AML controls and proper documentation are followed.
