Job summary

Fortune Brands is seeking a Lead CAE Engineer to manage simulation-driven design and support product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering, strong hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical, and over 8 years in CAE technology implementation.

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with options to work remotely. Offering a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $165,000 with numerous benefits focused on health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in CAE simulation and technology implementation.
• Proven experience with 3-D CAD and hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical.
• Strong track record of driving simulation-led design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage COE simulation driven design and R&D activities.
• Develop and implement a simulation technology roadmap.
• Support new product development team with DFMEA validation.
