HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Digital Production Technician to lead CAD production for transportation projects. You will develop drawings, sheets, and exhibits using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and related tools, coordinating with engineers and designers across disciplines.

You will drive plan production, ensure file health, and implement HDR CAD standards while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining project CAD standards within the digital delivery plan.

Formación

• Technical degree or certificate in CAD, drafting, civil engineering technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related CAD, digital production, or transportation design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software, plan and sheet production, and data environments.
• Experience leading CAD production for multidisciplinary transportation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as CAD manager for projects of various sizes.
• Develop and maintain design drawings, layouts, details, diagrams, exhibits and sheets using CAD tools.
• Drive plan production process and coordinate multi-discipline sheet sets.
• Coordinate with project teams to incorporate changes and resolve production issues.
• Mentor entry-level Digital Production Technicians on workflows.
