Job summary

INEOS is seeking a CAD Draftsman to provide high-quality drafting and document control support for process drawings and PSI, enabling safe plant operation and project execution. You will update PSI drawings, handle MOC-driven changes, and maintain alignment between field conditions and documented design.

Responsibilities include preparing P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and isometrics, converting field redlines into constructible CAD deliverables, and supporting audits, HAZOPs, and incident

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD or related field with 5 years of CAD drafting experience in a petrochemical, refining, or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; 3D tools such as Plant 3D or CADWorx preferred.
• Experience with P&IDs, piping layouts, electrical/instrument drawings; drafting standards (ANSI/ISO/ASME).
• Experience with redlines, as-built development, and drawing control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update PSI drawings (P&IDs, plot plans, isometrics, electrical drawings) to reflect field conditions and changes.
• Prepare and revise engineering drawings including P&IDs, PFDs, general arrangements, and plots plans.
• Support design packages for construction, drawing numbering, revision control, and archival.
• Assist audits, MOC processes, and incident investigations with accurate drawing packages.
