Pape-Dawson is seeking a CAD Designer for its Orlando office. The selected candidate will provide advanced design and drafting support, creating detailed construction documents, site layouts, and technical graphics in compliance with company standards.

The role necessitates a strong attention to detail, proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The position demands effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience preparing land development design documents.
• Strong knowledge of applicable design standards and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Develop site layouts and construction plans for grading, drainage, and utility systems.
• Produce detailed site design exhibits and supporting documentation for development projects.
• Coordinate design elements to support permitting and construction documentation.
