Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in drafting or engineering technology or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in the field.
Knowledge of HVAC and/or cooling towers.
Advanced proficiency with CAD tools and 3D modeling; ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

Oversee design reviews and provide mentorship to junior designers.
Review drawings, BOMs, and engineering change orders.
Create and verify CAD drawings and models per specs.
Collaborate with vendors, manufacturing teams, and field engineers to resolve issues.
Support sales with proposals and aftermarket solutions; advise on installation.
Ensure documentation control and alignment with project requirements.
