Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting seeks an experienced Senior CAD Designer specializing in commercial construction to join our Illinois team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in CAD design for construction projects and a solid understanding of commercial systems, materials, and processes.

You will create detailed drawings, collaborate with architects, engineers, PMs, and clients, review construction drawings, and ensure designs meet codes and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CAD design experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of commercial construction systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
