Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a CAD senior engineer specializing in analog and digital simulations to optimize and simulate complex circuits and develop state-of-the-art flows that reduce pre-silicon failures.

You will collaborate with global design and verification teams to ensure cost, quality, reliability, and timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in circuit simulation, strong debugging skills, and experience with Cadence Virtuoso and multiple simulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience in analog/digital circuit simulations.
• Expert in circuit simulation debugging and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with circuit simulators (Finesim/Primesim/XA/Spectre/VCS/Xcelium).
• Hands-on with Cadence Virtuoso platform and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with memory design teams to provide solutions for challenges.
• Identify problems and develop innovative improvements.
• Develop scalable, clean software systems.
• Evaluate and implement new tools to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to integrate tools in CAD flows.
• Lead agentic flow implementation using AI-assisted automation for circuit simulation & verification.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
