Job summary

Stratus is seeking a highly experienced CAD/BIM Designer IV to oversee complex digital modeling and drafting for large-scale architectural and engineering projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary design coordination, implement advanced modeling techniques, and set standards to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across projects.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers, and drive high-stakes design tasks with attention to regulatory

Qualifications

6-8 years of CAD/BIM design experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Experience leading design coordination and setting modeling standards.
Advanced proficiency in CAD/BIM workflows and software.

Responsibilities

Lead development of detailed 2D/3D CAD/BIM models and construction documents.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary models (architectural, structural, MEP) into unified designs.
Enforce CAD/BIM standards and conduct QC reviews across design stages.
Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance and training.
Collaborate with PMs, architects, and engineers to address design issues and updates.
Prepare presentations and visualizations for stakeholders.
