Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. is seeking a Custom Cabinet Painter (Sprayer III) for the Princeton, MN facility on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:15 PM – 1:30 AM; OT on Fri/Sat). The role involves spraying primers, sealers, top coats, enamels, toners and stains on custom cabinets, ensuring high quality and adherence to schedules.

Salary ranges from $24.75 to $29.25 per hour, with additional paint pay of $2.00 and $1.00, plus comprehensive benefits and bonus potential. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience in spray painting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains sprayer guns and related painting equipment.
• Receives jobs in order of schedule.
• Sprays surfaces, frames and cabinets with primers, sealers, top coats, enamels, toners and spray stains.
• Sprays custom cabinets to specifications.
• Monitors all work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe, orderly work area.
• Assists in other areas as needed.
