Job summary

Brock Cabinets in Savannah, GA is seeking a Level III Service Technician to independently handle complex installation projects and diagnose cabinet issues. You will use hand and power tools to install and repair, answer customer questions, and maintain records of work and materials used.

You will inspect completed work for quality and mentor less experienced technicians, while delivering strong customer service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years cabinetry experience preferred.
• 1 year construction experience preferred.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• 5 years of licensed driving with no infractions required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle complex installation projects and diagnose/repair cabinet issues.
• Use hand and power tools for installation and repair.
• Answer basic customer service questions.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Inspect completed work to meet quality standards.
• Mentor and guide less experienced technicians.
