Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-scope kitchen remodeling or related carpentry work.
• Mastery of cabinetry installation and related tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee full-scope kitchen remodeling including cabinet installation and finishing.
• Lead crews or work independently depending on project scope.
• Serve as primary point-of-contact with homeowners on job site.
• Mentor junior and lead installers, supporting skill development.
