Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a seasoned Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) C4ISR Analyst to join our C4ISR team in the Dayton, OH area. The role involves all-source analysis of C5ISR capabilities, data-link operations, and IADS threats, delivering formal analytic reports to Mission partners and decision-makers.

The successful candidate will leverage subject-matter expertise to model C2 processes, assess vulnerabilities, and coordinate with IC partners.

Qualifications

Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities.
Knowledge of analytic tradecraft processes, databases, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical writing skills in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis of foreign aerospace, C4ISR, IADS, combat-system, or related technical systems.
Analyze C2 processes, data-link operations, ISR fusion, and C5ISR infrastructure.
Handle collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of space and ground-based intelligence information.
Develop or improve intelligence analytic methodologies.
Brief decision-makers on analytic findings.
Produce formal analytic reports.
