Job summary

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. seeks an Engineering and Integration Manager to lead design, build, and operation of C4I solutions in support of federal government programs.

The role is on-site in Riverside, CA with potential CONUS/OCONUS travel and requires an active DoD Secret clearance. The ideal candidate will drive system integration, ensure interoperability across AMOSS, ISR, and telecom environments, and oversee upgrades and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 10 years of relevant work experience in defense/engineering domains.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and integration activities across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems.
• Oversee system integration to ensure interoperability across C4I platforms.
• Manage teams responsible for system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate integration of new tech, sensors, and communications into existing infrastructure.
• Ensure configurations, baselines, and changes are properly managed and documented.
• Provide technical direction for troubleshooting complex system integration issues.
• Support planning and execution of technology refresh and capability expansion.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to align priorities with mission needs.
• Ensure compliance with CM, security, and QA requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrated capabilities.
• Coordinate across operations, maintenance, and engineering for seamless performance.
