Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-stakes C4I program for a Federal Government client. The role requires on-site leadership of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center, with focus on maintenance, engineering, and integration of critical systems.

• Provide overall leadership and supervision of C4I project resources.
• Experience leading a multi-discipline C4I team in operational environments.
• Proven ability to interface with government stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of contract operations for CBP AMOC.
• Execute maintenance, engineering, integration, and operation support per mission priorities.
• Manage staffing plans and resource utilization across AMOSS, ISR, and telecom systems.
• Represent the contractor in technical and programmatic meetings.
• Ensure schedule, cost, and performance objectives are met.
