Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. seeks an experienced C2ISR Systems Integration Manager to lead on-site delivery for critical communications infrastructure. You will direct contractor teams supporting C2ISR, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and mission systems, coordinating across sites to meet customer objectives.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, US citizenship, and willingness to travel worldwide, with several long-field deployments possible. Strong leadership and customer-engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI eligibility clearance.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to travel worldwide, including remote/austere locations, up to two months per trip.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams in supervisory roles.
• At least 8 years supporting ISR, communications, network, SATCOM, cybersecurity, or mission support operations.
• Experience coordinating across geographically dispersed locations and customer organizations.
• Familiarity with USSOCOM, Service Component, Combatant Command, or Special Operations environments preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, customer engagement, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and coordination of contractor personnel for C2ISR, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, communications, and mission support.
• Support Government guidance while assisting local and distributed customer leadership.
• Coordinate staffing, coverage, readiness, and service delivery requirements.
• Monitor performance and assist with cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Government Lead with resource management and technology insertion activities.
• Support integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment of mission systems and ISR capabilities.
• Coordinate activities across multiple sites and stakeholder organizations to ensure objective execution.
• Assist with configuration management, change management, cybersecurity, COOP, and operational readiness.
