Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years developing rich-client .NET desktop applications.
• Expert-level experience with C# and .NET, particularly WPF and XAML.
• Proven experience profiling and optimizing desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design with product owners and designers.
• Design and build high-quality UI and frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
