Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) Manager to lead a team of engineers delivering commissioning, qualification, and validation services to pharma, biotech, medical device, and related industries.

You will drive project execution, quality, and client satisfaction while expanding the firm's footprint through proposals and new business opportunities. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commissioning and qualification management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards (FDA/EMA).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of C&Q engineers and specialists across projects.
• Oversee budget, scheduling, risk, and resource allocation for multiple studies.
• Develop staff through training, feedback, and technical guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support business development and opportunities through proposals and scoping.
