Job summary

The Timberline Group is seeking a C# .Net developer to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

You will develop new applications and enhance existing ones, designing technical solutions per project requirements and collaborating with stakeholders and business analysts to define those requirements. You should have 5+ years in C# .NET, strong SQL and RESTful service experience, and a track record of full lifecycle development and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• C# .NET development experience (5+ years) in Windows/.NET environments.
• Experience with SQL databases (3+ years) and RESTful web services.
• Full software development lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a C# .Net developer to join our team in St. Louis, Mo.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications
• Develop enhancements for existing applications & services
• Design and estimate technical solutions per project requirements
• Work with stakeholders & business analysts on defining project requirements
• Participate in application quality assurance and deployment
• Participate in investigating and solving production issues

Requirements:

• C# .NET - 5+ years’ experience
• Experience in .NET Framework 4.0 or later
• Full Life Cycle Development experience
• SQL Databases – 3+ years’ experience
• Experience using and maintaining RESTful web services

Preferences:

• Experience building applications with an MVC architecture
• Experience designing applications in a micro-service architecture
• Experience writing and maintaining a unit test suite
• Experience automating API and user interface tests
• 1-2 years’ experience with modern JavaScript libraries (React, Angular)
• Agile methodology practitioner
• Knowledge of modern versions of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
