Job summary

MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a skilled backend engineer to design, build, and operate resilient services in production. You will own end-to-end releases, collaborate across teams, implement robust observability, and optimize performance while applying strong engineering judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Candidates should balance deep technical expertise with crisp communication and a bias toward action. You will drive solutions from design through production validation and support,

Qualifications

• Strong professional C#/.NET backend-service development experience.
• Practical Java coding experience; not stronger in Java than in .NET.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting microservices in production.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, Helm, Terraform, Azure, and CI/CD.
• Experience with telemetry, monitoring, observability, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multiple database or storage technologies.
• Understanding of reliability, scalability, availability, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience owning production releases, service operations, incident response, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong ownership, accountability, technical judgment, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions from design through production validation.
