Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced C++ Linux Developer with Scrum Master experience to lead design, development, and delivery of software for regulated medical devices. You will combine hands-on coding with Agile leadership to ensure high-quality product delivery and a collaborative development environment.

Ideal candidates have strong C++, Linux, embedded systems experience, and proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead cross-functional teams, including

Qualifications

• Experience in C++ on Linux for embedded medical devices.
• Scrum Master experience with leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FDA/IEC 62304 software processes.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++ on Linux.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews and technical discussions.
• Develop multithreaded, high-performance applications with reliability and maintainability.
• Debug and troubleshoot software across application, middleware and Linux layers.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Quality, Verification and Product teams to implement requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specs and artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with medical device software development processes and quality standards.
• Coach development teams on Scrum principles and Agile practices; remove impediments.
• Monitor sprint progress and support release planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate communication among distributed onsite and offshore teams.
