• Experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and Git workflows.
• Proven debugging, performance tuning, and resource optimization for high-throughput apps.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and technical leadership.
• Local availability and legal work authorization for hybrid operations in Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, low-latency enterprise applications using C++11+.
• Implement robust OOP, data structures, and optimized algorithms for complex tasks.
• Design and manage multithreading, concurrency control, and memory management routines.
• Configure and troubleshoot Linux/Unix servers and write automated shell scripts.
• Manage Git repos, branching strategies, and collaborative code reviews.
• Conduct debugging, memory profiling, latency reduction, and CPU/memory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.
• Maintain technical docs, architecture blueprints, and legacy modernization runbooks.
