Job summary

REV Ambulance Group Orlando Inc. is seeking a Buyer II to manage daily purchasing activities at our Orlando, FL facility. You will maintain stock levels, view open purchase requisitions, create POs, build supplier relationships, and provide updates on outstanding orders.

The role focuses on achieving best prices, optimal order quantities, and on-time delivery. You will monitor supplier performance, investigate recurring issues, and support strategic sourcing events.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2-5 years' related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Visio and SAP MRP purchasing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run open purchase requisitions.
• Create POs to vendors.
• Open PO Report and follow up on past delivery dates.
• Update item records and POs; resend to vendors.
• Handle CSR requests and provide tracking/shipment PODs.
• Expedite POs and update PO confirmations.
• Investigate recurring problems (cost issues, missed ship dates, UOM issues).
• Lead supplier relationships and assist in strategic sourcing.
