Qualifications

• 5+ years of Buyer experience required.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory control, or production in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP knowledge and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain current inventory.
• Research, analyze, and forecast buying trends, markets, styles, and products.
• Manage all purchasing functions including source selection, order placement, and follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors not under a master agreement.
• Analyze weekly reports on past-due orders and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Utilize the SAP ERP system in accordance with supply chain processes.
• Serve as liaison to vendors and suppliers regarding delays and discrepancies.
