You will evaluate, select, and expedite procurement contracts for high-complexity acquisitions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes supplier evaluation, RFQ/RFP creation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5–10 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing instrumentation.
• Experience analyzing commodity requirements, selecting suppliers and evaluating delivery dates.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word; experience with MS AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Analyze commodity requirements, supplier options, and delivery dates.
• Work with production planning to ensure supply continuity and on-time delivery at negotiated price.
• Resolve shortages and issues with suppliers to meet quality standards.
• Process MRP reports, create and review purchase orders, and expedite shipments as needed.
• Negotiate RFQs/RFPs to balance cost with quality and schedule.
