Epic is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Fargo, ND to manage culinary department purchases, supporting diverse menu offerings. This role involves collaboration with chefs and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency, while prioritizing local sourcing wherever possible.

This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
The role focuses on procurement for the culinary department, including large industrial appliances and merchandising equipment, to small wares such as spatulas, whisks, and plates, as well as large quantities of food and consumables. The Epic culinary department serves around 12,000 meals per day and continuously updates facilities to support daily menus with regional, international, and seasonal offerings. You will collaborate with chefs and stakeholders across catering, events, facilities, and accounting to establish, develop, and maintain vendor relationships. We prioritize local sourcing when possible and work with purveyors from local farms to national wholesalers to balance quality, sustainability, and cost.
