The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in retail buying (3+ years as a buyer), strong vendor relationships, and a track record of business results. Direct category experience is a plus. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Retail Buying role, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years as a buyer.
• Prior experience managing/leading others preferred.
• Direct category experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying office strategies and manage day-to-day office functions.
• Select and buy product; develop concepts, shows, brands, and ideas aligned to Buying KPIs.
• Develop and own talent in Product Teams around the Buying differentiators.

• Set and deliver goals to improve buying area performance.
