SoTalent is seeking a Senior Technical Data Consultant in Saint Louis, MO to translate Medicare/ Medicaid requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will modernize SAS workflows into Snowflake architectures and bridge business needs with technical execution.

You will lead migration of SAS ETL processes to Snowflake, design robust data architectures, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with IT and vendors. Strong SAS/SQL and healthcare data experience are essential.

Our client a leading national healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join their Medical Management and Risk Adjustment division. This role is essential for transforming complex Medicare Advantage and Medicaid requirements into high performing technical solutions. The successful candidate will lead the development of production ready tools focused on Encounter Risk Adjustment prioritization and chart processing. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution by translating high level requirements into sophisticated code and system designs. A major component of this role involves modernizing legacy workflows from SAS into scalable Snowflake architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Background in the healthcare industry specifically working with Risk Adjustment or Encounter data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Mathematics Computer Science or a similar field.
• Direct experience with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Snowpark Python or ASP.NET.
• Professional certifications such as SAS Certified Professional or SnowPro.

• The annual salary range for this position is 87,700 to 157,800 depending on experience and education.
