Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Preferred Master's degree may substitute some experience.
• 4+ years of programming experience with SAS, SQL, VB.NET or Oracle.
• 3+ years of related business analysis experience.
• ASP/ASP.NET experience is a plus, healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation.
• Confer with departments to analyze procedures and trends.
• Conduct business analysis and recommend technical solutions.
• Research and assess financial impact of data/process issues.
• Automate processes or improve existing business systems.
• Create multiuser, real-time database solutions.
• Serve as SME in requirements, system design, and documentation.
• Monitor project status and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff.
