Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain processes including transportation, replenishment, forecasting, and customer service.
• Partner with data engineers, analytics teams, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value data products.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and support analytics-enabled solutions using tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Drive initiatives that improve decision-making, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Plan and prioritize work across sprint, quarterly, and long-term timelines.
• Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including agile delivery, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives from concept through delivery and sustained operational use.
• Work in a standard office environment with occasional travel as needed.
